2027The Zine Project
What is The Zine Project? An intergenerational community arts project exploring the history of youth culture in Telford.
We are inspired by the culturally significant Guttersnipe Fanzine published in Telford between 1978-80. We will connect with local young people, and older adults, to create our own zines and writing about the experience of youth through online, drop-in and community group workshops. The project will culminate in a community art installation consisting of writing for performance, graphic art, and the zines we make along the way.
