Ellie is a freelance writer, theatre maker, arts facilitator and actor from the West Midlands. She is passionate about increasing social access to theatre, and is particularly interested in making theatre that engages with landscape, rurality, and regional communities.

Ellie completed her training at ArtsEd and The Royal Central School of Drama, and was one of Pentabus’ Local Young Writers 23/24.

Most recently, Ellie produced and curated ‘LYRIC LABS: A Staff Scratch Night’ at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre in London. She is currently developing a play that explores the relationship between womanhood and rurality in Britain today.
